Company doesn't care, customer service is crap service. Wouldn't ever give it a high rating. No response to number and when you email they get back to you and say that they investigate but don't

Issue wasnt solved, no option for chat once the delivery is completed. Customer care agents are not available, automated response asked to chat.

I was verbally abused by a driver who was at the wrong house. He was three blocks away and demanded we come and pick it up from him. I tried to explain how unreasonable that was and he started shouting at me and then hung up.
While the customer service officer said he would issue Menulog credit, he would not tell me what if any action would be taken regarding the abhorrent behaviour of the driver. Needless to say, I’ll be avoiding Menulog like the plague.

I paid $43 for food as I can't walk somewho the delivery was not include I contact the shop and they can't do anything but told me to cancel and start again but Menulog wants full payment again because it's to late shop has already prepared food so it would cost me $43 to add delivery to my order tried to call and chat on line to Menulog but that proved impossible so I got my friend to bring it 5 hrs later
