I want a refund. I placed my order at 5:34 PM with a 20-minute estimated delivery time, so it should be 5:54 PM.
I called the restaurant at 6:45 PM after waiting over 1 hour for the delivery. The owner said he will start to make the order and asked if I could wait 15–20 minutes. I said no, I have an appointment at 7 PM elsewhere, and I'm leaving the house, so I have to cancel and get a refund. I called the restaurant again at 7:20 PM and asked why he marked it as delivered.
He said he had. I said I am not home and I cancelled the order already on Menulog.
He said he will refund; where is my refund reference number? Or confirmation of refund email?

They didnt say anything to me it was all AI I couldnt hear the AI because of how bad it was I I couldve done a better thing and they told me to go to their website when Ive been waiting for the past four hours for my food

I had to wait over an hour just to even be given a driver the supposed drop off time kept changing and when I messaged the customer support literally no one responded back the driver only made it to the store within the last 5 mins of it closing I had to move around my plans that night cause the order was so delayed

Hello, I placed an order yesterday. Despite the app showing order delivered, it did not arrive. I made contact, and the chat was closed despite being unresolved.
Today a neighbour brought the order over; she had noticed a bag outside her front door this evening.

Driver never delivered my food - he lied about why he couldn't get it, then turned his phone off. Menu logs customer service is totally hopeless and kept saying the food was on the way when clearly it wasn't!
Then they also stopped talking when I sent photos to prove the lies! DO NOT USE MENULOG
